There’s nothing better than cooking and baking when it starts to get colder. What’s best than cozying up with a blanket and a bowl of soup, better yet, with a bowl of spiced sweet potato soup. I got the inspiration from the infamous pumpkin spiced latte that I love so damn much and decided to experiment, and oh boy it’s now an Autumnal staple in my household.
I hope you get to try making this yummy soup and eat it while the rain is pouring outside and you know you’ll be super cozy and relaxed at home. It’s like self-care in a bowl. Quick side note, you can substitute the sweet potato for butternut squash or pumpkin if you prefer.
