Summer and ice cream are the perfect couple, but the calories run along side! Don´t let the calories bother you this Summer with this delicious, refreshing, vegan and easy to make ice cream. I’ve invented this recipe on lazy day that i didn’t wanted to bother to go to the supermarket and i wanted something sweet.
I’ve done it with mango but you can do it with any other fruit or even mix all the fruits you want, your ice cream your choice of flavour!
2 cup frozen mango chunks
1 frozen bananas
4 tablespoons of coconut (dairy free) yougurt
1 tablespoon of Agave nectar
Raspeberries (topping) or raw chocolate
